Eligibility:
According to Nigeria Youth to Business Forum “Idea Challenge” terms and conditions, in order to apply you have to be a citizen or permanent resident of Nigeria. If you already have an as well and fit to the following criteria:
- Be between the ages of 18 and 28.
- Your Idea must be a Social Business. To learn more about what a Social Business is, visit here
- Your Idea must solve either the problem of Education or Unemployment in Nigeria.
- It is compulsory for you to register and attend the Nigeria Youth to Business Forum coming up June 2 2015 in Benin City, Nigeria. You can register here
The Competition is broken down into two:
First you submit a description of your idea on online form (from May 18 – May 28). You will have to provide information about you, the idea proposal and video.
- Then best 5 participants in each category {EDUCATION and UNEMPLOYMENT} making 10 participants present at the Nigeria Youth to Business Forum to pitch in English in front of a jury of experts and partner organisation for the event.
- The Top 3 Ideas out of these 10 Ideas pitched at the Nigeria Youth to Business Forum would be get the all expense paid training at the University of Sussex Innovation Centre, UK
The final event for Nigeria Youth to Business Forum will take place in Benin City on June 2, 2015.
