The LEAP Africa Employability Programme prepares trainees for the workplace, thereby enhancing their capability to secure and retrain jobs. In addition, the program seeks to provide youths with the information and support to gain experience through internship, volunteering opportunities and access job placements. It will also encourage enterprising youth to start their own businesses.
LEAP Africa in partnership with Citi Foundation will be providing a free Youth Employability Programme for young graduates in Lagos State.
The training is designed to provide young graduates with life, leadership and entrepreneurial skill, which will enhance their personal and career development.
Benefits
- There will be practical resume review sessions, business start-up support for entrepreneurs and practical techniques for securing and retaining suitable jobs.
- Qualified participants will be referred for available internships/job placement opportunities

- Bsc and HND Graduates
NYSC Corps Members (Past/Current)
