The AG Group is looking for ambitious, audacious professionals, with high mobility and an interest in cultural diversity, after all every trainee will undergo experiences in various countries across the globe and navigate through all the business areas of the organization.

The AG International Trainee Program cycle comprises the following:
- 18-month duration
- Immersion in the AG Culture (integration activities)
- Training (technical and behavioral)
- International job rotation
- Professional Coaching and Tutoring with senior executives of the Group
- Ongoing support and feedback sessions with tutors and members of the People & Management team throughout the program
- Definition of assignment area in cooperation with the company
- Entry in assignment area
Prerequisites for the AG trainee
- Graduated in the past two years (between December 2012 and December 2014)
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Intermediary Spanish or Portuguese as a second language (mandatory)
- High mobility: availability to move and travel
- International experience is desirable
- Good knowledge of the MS Office software suite
- Students may participate in all courses, with the date of formation above mentioned
The application process:
- Online submission of applications between July 1st and August 31st, 2014 (valid to all countries)
- On-line tests.
- Attendance stages:
- Group dynamic/interview with members of the People & Management team, and Managers
- Business game
- English test (by phone)
- Final interview with the Andrade Gutierrez Group Executive Committee
Hiring regime:
All hiring will be conducted in a process similar to other graduate employers (under CLT regime) in January 2015
