The Fem-In-Tech Development Programme is a Small Enterprise Development Agency initiative, in collaboration with the SA Innovation Summit. The programme aims to support and empower female entrepreneurs with tech and tech-enabled start-ups with the skills and confidence to build and present their business case to potential investors and business supporters. Additionally, a network of female founders, potential funders and mentors will be established to further support the participating entrepreneurs.
ELIGIBILITY
- South African, Female Founder / Co-Founder
- More than one founder with a great team
- Tech and tech-enabled start-up
- Minimal viable product / prototype phase or early stage or ready to scale
- At most 5 years in operation (min. 1 year)
- Stage of Development: Seed Capital or Angel Investment or Venture Capital
