INSEAD Orange MBA Endowed Scholarship(s) for Emerging Markets – (For South Africans, Egyptians,Kenyans, Ugandans and Nigeriens)

The France Telecom group-Orange is offering MBA Endowed Scholarship(s) at INSEAD Business School in France.

The France Telecom group is one of the world’s leading telecommunications operators with a global footprint stretching across five continents. The main commercial brand is Orange, which serves more than 116 million of the Group’s 177 million customers worldwide in domestic and business markets. Services include fixed-line, mobile, internet, TV and content. Through its Orange Business Services division, the Group operates the world’s largest seamless network for business customers, covering some 220 countries and territories. This endowed scholarship will support emerging market participants at INSEAD in perpetuity. Candidates need to be motivated to pursue their career in one of the regions where Orange operates. Experience or an interest in telecommunications is a plus.

Eligibility:

Candidates admitted to the MBA programme from Armenia, Brazil, Central African Republic, Dominican Republic, Egypt, India, Kenya, Madagascar, Moldova, Niger, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, South Africa, United Arab Emirates (Dubai) and Uganda will be considered. Preference will also be given to candidates who demonstrate financial need. Knowledge of French would be a plus. 

Essay topic :

1).Describe

(a) why you wish to undertake the INSEAD MBA

(b) how you envisage contributing to the future development of your country or region, and

(c) why you should be selected for the INSEAD Orange Endowed Scholarship. (350 words)

2).Provide a concise but accurate description of your financial circumstances as well as a cash flow forecast for the year at INSEAD (details of income set against all expenditures). How do you expect to finance your studies if you do not obtain a scholarship or financial aid from INSEAD? What amount do you consider appropriate? (150-200 words)
