The South African Revenue Service (SARS) Data Analytics Graduate Programme is to provide recent graduates with the opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of data analytics. The programme includes on-the-job training, mentoring, and structured learning opportunities to equip graduates with the skills necessary to become competent data analysts.

To perform division specific functions through the validation of information received and relevant interventions to enable delivery in allocated areas of work, under supervision and guidance.

Education and Experience

Minimum Qualification & Experience Required

  • BEng (Industrial, Computer, Electronic, Chemical) /BSc (Actuarial, Applied Maths, Statistics) BCom (Informatics, Accounting, Investment   management, statistics, Finance, Computer Science)/ BSc (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computing)/ National Diploma-Information Technology N. Dip (NQF 6)
  • No experience is required to be eligible for participation in the graduate trainee programme.
