I am Henry K. Korda a Ghanaian citizen. My initiative on holistic child education towards "SDG 4" is in the start-up level; but I am really interested in the upcoming conference on "Kindness" and will like to attend. How do I go about the application since I've not yet met the requirements? Waiting for a quick response. thanks
