I am Prince Messiah Yeboah Hayford, the Executive Director of Festive Kids International Foundation . My foundation has design a Six module program on community Development in line with the vision and the mission of the secretariat, this year's conference theme and SDG goals number 1,4,5,11and11 . I cant wait to share this modules with the secretariat as it seeks to build a five-phase capital of communities. That is: physical, financial, human, social and environmental to help increase Economic Growth in communities in Ghana to be extended to other part of Africa if need be. This would also improve the standard of living of people in the community. The “concrete” benefits of community development such as employment and infrastructure occur, when indigenes have a change in mindset, existing human capital is well harnessed, people become more problem-solving oriented and community resources are efficiently managed and used in new ways.
