Key Details:

1. Application Period: Open between 18 and 35 years old.
2. Endorsement: Supported by the 14 target countries including Burundi, Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda.
3. No Fee Requirement: There are no fees required to apply or participate in the program.
