Fellowship Details
Fellows will be part of active research programmes and gain hands-on experience across:
- Clinical trials
- Epidemiology
- Modelling & machine learning
- Bioinformatics
Eligibility Requirements
๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ: - Be a national and resident of a Sub-Saharan African country
- Hold a BSc (minimum 2:1 or equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Hold an MSc (GPA โฅ 3.2 or equivalent) in Biostatistics, Health Data Science, or a related discipline
- Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Be able to code in R, Stata, or SAS (or willing to improves
- Demonstrate proficiency in English
Applicants with a PhD are also encouraged to apply
Fellowship Details - Practical experience in study design, data management, and statistical analysis
- Mentorship from experienced biostatisticians and researchers
- Training in statistical methods, software, and scientific writing
- Exposure to real-world biomedical and public health research
- Access to the ISEP network for continued learning and collaboration
