Applications are now open for the 2026 Stanbic IBTC Bank Blue Internship Programme. The Blue Internship Program of Stanbic IBTC Group has been designed to build capacity and create a sustainable pipeline in our group by developing young, talented, trained undergraduates for our future. It is an intensive program and a unique opportunity for undergraduates who are resourceful and passionate about career growth.
The Blue Internship Programme is designed to help students:

Eligibility Requirements
To apply, you must:
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 (or Second Class Upper equivalent)
- Have completed at least one semester of undergraduate studies
- Be forward-thinking with a creative edge
