Guaranty Trust Bank (Kenya) Ltd is looking for young, ambitious and motivated graduates to join its “Orange Tribe” and kick-start their careers with the bank. The GTBank Kenya Graduate Trainee Program provides an entry point for talented young graduates interested in developing their careers in the banking industry.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree with First Class or Upper Second Class honours.
- Have obtained a minimum grade of B Plain in KCSE.
- Be below 26 years of age.
- Be ambitious and willing to learn.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be highly motivated.
- Be willing and able to work effectively in a team with minimum supervision.
