The Ikeja Electric Young Engineers Program offers an exciting opportunity to grow and develop within a dynamic and innovative team. The program seeks to attract bright, young driven engineers, and nurture their talent by providing the right environment to broaden their experiences right from the start.
The intensive and comprehensive Young Engineers Program will provide our trainees with the opportunity to develop the skills and professional expertise necessary to establish a solid function-specific skills for developing a successful career within Ikeja Electric. Over the course of 12 months, participants will gain in-depth knowledge of the electrical distribution sector through a combination of classroom learning and hands-on on-the-job training. Participants will be mentored by industry experts, gaining practical experience and insights that will set the foundation for a successful career.
Requirements
- Recent graduates in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum of a 2nd Class Lower division/Lower Credit
- Completed mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- Passion for power engineering and strong analytical communication skills
- Not more than 2 years of experience
- Minimum age of 28
