LEAD The Way is a supervised program for children and teenagers conducted during the holiday months at LEAP Africa. Leap Africa will equip young people with the skills and tools to forge their own path, find their voices and serve as positive change agents
LEAP will for the first time offer two separate LEAD The Way programmes for children between 10-13 and 14-18 years. The first will hold on July 11 – 15, 2016 while the second stream will hold on July 25-28, 2016.
The experience of the programme goes far beyond enjoying the fun activities. Teenagers learn character-building skills, develop greater self-confidence, leadership and team-building skills. Plus they develop friendships that can last a lifetime.
The 5-day high energy programme for teenagers is filled with excitement and activities that promote growth and help students to create their own path to success using the social change model.
