Structure of the Program
- This is a physical training program; meetings twice a month for four months: – 2nd & 4th Saturdays of every month; 8 hours, plus home assignments on different topics

Requirements
- Be a young person between 18 – 35 years
- Willing and able to commit the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month (From July – October) 2023
