Applications are now open for the 2026 Flour Mills of Nigeria (FMN) Exclusive Engineering Programme. The programme is designed to develop graduate engineers into the next generation of operational leaders.
The Exclusive Engineering Programme 3.0 provides an early-career development opportunity for young engineers interested in building careers within core manufacturing, production and plant environments.
Through the programme, FMN aims to develop graduate engineers with the technical and operational capabilities required for future leadership roles.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a B.Eng., B.Tech. or HND in Engineering.
- Have studied Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Have 0–2 years of relevant work experience in a core manufacturing, production or plant environment.
- Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Be not more than 27 years old.

The programme is designed to provide selected graduate engineers with an opportunity to develop toward becoming future operational leaders within the manufacturing sector.
