The Finance Trainee Programme (FTP) is a structured talent development strategy designed to build a sustainable pipeline of finance professionals by providing young chartered talents with deep, practical exposure to the business and the finance function.
The programme combines cross-functional rotation with hands-on learning to develop highly qualified and motivated talent for future finance leadership roles.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- ICAN (Chartered) is mandatory
- Maximum of 1 year post-ICAN experience
- Must not be more than 27 years by December 31, 2026
- Must have completed NYSC
