Requirements
The Meristem Starlet Programme is highly selective. Meristem accept applications from both exceptional fresh graduates and driven early-career professionals looking for a definitive career reset.
The baseline criteria
- Age: 21 to 28 years old.
- National Service: Completed NYSC.
- Education: Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) from a recognized university.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of post-NYSC experience (or early-career professionals seeking a structured trajectory reset).

Selection process
