Applications are now open for the 2026 Dangote Fleet Management Graduate Programme. The Dangote Fleet Management Graduate Programme is designed for young graduates interested in building a career in Fleet Management, Logistics and Operations.
Selected candidates will undergo a structured training programme to develop practical knowledge and skills in fleet and transportation operations, including fleet management, logistics, maintenance, safety, compliance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Not more than 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geography, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management, Operations or related fields
- Graduated with a minimum of Second class lower in BSc or HND (Upper credit)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have completed NYSC
- Genuine interest in Fleet, Logistics & Operations
- Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
