Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for aspiring leaders to join CCBA through the Ascend – Leaders in Training Programme. CCBA is the eighth largest Coca-Cola authorised bottler in the world by revenue, and the largest on the continent.
Program Details
- Participate in structured learning and rotational assignments across key business areas.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Demonstrate leadership through initiative, ownership, and collaboration.
- Reflect and learn continuously – seeking feedback, embracing stretch assignments, and adapting quickly.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree (completed within the last two years).
Experience:
- Actively involved in various other activities throughout the academic journey
- Track record of success/ Leadership assignment
- Experience with MS Office and Proficient in English
