Applications are now open for the 2026 International Breweries Graduate Management Trainee Program. The International BreweriesGraduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program is an important pipeline for unleashing potential and developing future leaders. We look for great people with the potential to deliver with excellence and have a long-term impact on our company.
Requirements
- Recent talented graduates with a bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency to have conversations and conduct work in English.
- No formal work experience is required, however previous internship experience is a plus (candidates may have a maximum of two years full-time experience).
- Full mobility.
