By fostering long-term success and professional growth, the programme helps these women seamlessly reintegrate into their careers.

Requirements

• To be considered, applicants must have a minimum of 2-5 years of prior professional experience before their career break.
• They must also possess a relevant professional certification or demonstrate evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
