The Nestlé Cultivate: YOUth Mentorship Program connects young talent with experienced leaders from within Nestlé’s global network. Through structured mentorship and learning opportunities, participants gain valuable career guidance and industry insights.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be between 18 and 30 years old

- Be located in Asia, Africa, or Oceania
