Ashoka “Changemaker Xchange” for Social Entrepreneurs (Egyptians,Tunisians, Algerians and Moroccans)

The “ChangemakerXchange” is a series of unique events and a global community for some of the world’s most inspiring young social entrepreneurs. We meet for conferences at exciting places, challenge ourselves, learn from each other and start transnational collaborations.

The application deadline for the next changemakerXchange conference, taking place in Istanbul, Turkey, is Sunday, September 22 2013. Final participants will be chosen and notified latest by Monday, September 30 2013.

Application process:

1) Please fill out the form below

2) Send your CV to [email protected]

3) Send us something which you think represents your work best (e.g. a video, a link to your website, a newspaper article, a quote …. anything)

Selection Criteria: –

  • you are between 18-28 years old – you lead, co-lead, founded or co-founded your own social venture which is up and running
  • you speak English well enough to understand presentations in English and participate in discussions
  • you are interested in meeting other European, Turkish and North African young social entrepreneurs
  • you are willing to start collaborations with other young social entrepreneurs from different countriesCountry restrictions

Please note: For the changemakerXchange summit in Istanbul we can, unfortunately, only accept applications from people living (or being born) in Europe, Turkey, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco – more countries will be added for the next summits.
