Requirements
To be considered for the EY Graduate Trainee Program, you must:
- Be a graduate of Accounting, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
- Possess a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) degree.
- Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Be proficient in IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Show a high level of motivation, analytical thinking, and a commitment to high-quality accuracy.
- Added Advantage: Professional certifications such as ICAN, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are highly valued.

Application Procedure:
Phase 1: Portal Registration
Click on the official EY career portal button. You must create a new account using a valid email address to begin your application.
Phase 2: Personal Profile Completion
Proceed to login and fill in your personal details, academic history, and NYSC status. Ensure your contact details are accurate as EY communicates primarily via email.
Phase 3: Service Line Selection
Indicate your interest in any of the core Service Lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy & Transactions, or Tax. Research these beforehand to choose the one that fits your skills.
Phase 4: Document Upload
Upload clear, scanned copies of your CV, degree certificates, and NYSC discharge letter. Forged or incomplete documents will lead to immediate disqualification.
Phase 5: Online Assessments
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take an online aptitude test. This usually includes numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and situational judgment tests.
