Applications are now open for the 2026 iF Design Student Award. The award recognises concepts that address urgent global and social challenges through design. Rather than focusing solely on aesthetics, the programme places strong emphasis on problem-solving, ethical responsibility, social relevance and meaningful user experiences. Successful entries demonstrate how design ideas can create real-world impact while remaining practical and feasible.
The award is tailored for emerging designers who want their concepts to respond to real-life challenges and reflect the standards of professional design practice.
Requirements
- Current students and recent graduates (having gained their diploma up to two yers ago)
of all design-related courses and programs are welcome to register their concepts.
