Applications are now open for the 2026 Asset & Resource Management (ARM) Young Talent (Internship) Program. The ARM Young Talent Program (AYTP) is designed to provide high-performing university students with early exposure to career opportunities within ARM through meaningful, hands-on assignments that deliver real-world experience.
The program reflects our commitment to shaping and strengthening the talent ecosystem within our operating environment.
AYTP offers structured learning through practical work experience, preparing participants for successful entry into the labor market or progression to further academic development. In doing so, the program supports capacity building by developing a pipeline of future professionals who may be considered for employment with the firm upon graduation and successful completion of the internship.
Program Eligibility
Application Requirements
- Be a current university undergraduate
- Have completed at least two years of their degree program
- Be on track for a First class or 2:1 degree (Second Class Upper) degree or equivalent
- Be available to resume physically in June 2026, if successful
