JAN-Google IT Support Professional Certification Program 2021 for young Nigerians

Junior Achievement Nigeria with support from Google.Org through JA Africa, is providing young Nigerians the opportunity to gain in-demand ICT skills to prepare them for the job market.

With grant funding of $400,000 from Google.org, JA Africa will provide scholarships, instructional support, and wraparound support for 1,500 vulnerable and marginalized minority youths between ages 18-35 across Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa. Students enrolled in the Program will have up to one year to complete the IT Support Professional Certificate hosted on Coursera.

Junior Achievement Nigeria invites applications from interested and committed out-of-school youths, un/underemployed graduates and low-income earners who are considering careers in Information Technology (IT) to enrol in a 4 – 6 months free Google IT Support Professional certification program.

This program is aimed at equipping you with the necessary IT skills to perform as an IT support personnel, UI/UX Designer, Data Analytics, and Project Manager at the end of the intensive training. At the end of the program, you will participate in a series of job/career readiness workshops and you will be connected to employment opportunities.
