The programme is designed for graduates aged 26 and younger, ideally with a three-year diploma or degree in Information Technology, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field. Applicants must be willing to relocate if not based in Johannesburg. The role emphasises curiosity, adaptability, strong problem-solving abilities, and a growth mindset, with a focus on building positive relationships and supporting innovative solutions.
