Applications are now open for the 2027 World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition. The WIPO IP Moot Court Competition is a simulated court experience where participants address IP law issues arising in a hypothetical case, including through written submissions and oral arguments before a panel of judges. It is also a great chance to connect with peers from around the world that share a passion for IP.
A chance to compete with top law students from around the world and argue a cutting-edge intellectual property dispute before international IP experts. This edition’s moot problem will explore the fast-evolving world of live streaming, where innovation, intellectual property rights, and online enforcement intersect.
