Applications are now open for the 2025/2026 Lafarge Africa Graduate Trainee Programme. The Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to shape the next generation of leaders in technical and business functions.
Lafarge is looking for motivated, and tech-savvy graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience, sharpen their skills, and grow in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
Requirements
- Graduated no later than January 2023, with a minimum of Second Class or its equivalent
- Degrees in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, and related discipline
- Comfortable with digital tools, data analysis, and remote collaboration platforms
- 0–2 years of work experience or any Plant environment exposure is an advantage
- Active participation in student organizations, volunteer projects, or internships is an added advantage
