The Youth Square Project, with support from the United States Consulate in Nigeria invites young Nigerian women within the age range of 18 – 25 years to participate in the 2015 « Youth Square Nigeria National Essay Competition« . This competition will give young women in Nigeria an opportunity to share for their views and be heard on issues regarding governance and the Nigerian electoral process.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Must be female
- Must be a Nigerian citizen
- Must be within the age range of 18 – 25 years
- Must currently reside in Nigeria
ESSAY DETAILS
- Write an essay on the topic “The 2015 elections and beyond: My Expectations for Nigeria”.
- Essay must be written in English and must not exceed a maximum 2 pages in length
- Essay should be typed with Times New Roman font, size 12, and double spaced.
HOW TO ENTER
- Write essay within the guidelines of essay details and eligibility
- Save as a Microsoft word document (2003 or 2007 version)
- The following information MUST be included in the essay: Full Name, Phone Number and Email Address
- Send completed essay to [email protected]
- Essays must be received on or before 23:59GMT on Tuesday 31st March 2015. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
